This comprehensive approach for Information Management and technology solutions delivery is designed to ensure the successful completion of each step, while staying focused on the overall goal. By adhering to this industry proven methodology, our technology consultants are able to help commercial enterprises undertake complicated, enterprise-wide technology and information management projects and complete their efforts on time and on budget.

Built on the best practices and experience distilled from numerous project delivered by our professionals, our methodology is comprised of a series of stand-alone activities organized into 4 Main Phases ;


1.PLAN

  • Assess - Identify current and future enterprise business plans and initiate discovery activities to identify the current state of the enterprise technology and information management capabilities including Policies, Governance, Processes, Data and Systems architecture. 
  • Road-map - Creates the enterprise information management strategy with a detailed road-map to achieve desired results tied to business improvement opportunities;
  • Architect - defines detailed business, data and systems requirements and produce an implementation “blueprint” with detailed architecture design specifications;

2. Deploy

  • Develop - Converts designs into complete software artifacts and software products with agreed-upon functionality.
  • Test - Manage the creation of test scenarios and test environments to support full unit, integration and acceptance testing.
  • Train - Conduct knowledge transfer on the developed functionality targeting the clients various roles within business and technology.

3. Operate

  • Implement - Install a fully functional and user-accepted systems into the production environment, monitor and supports the system and users in daily operations.
  • Monitor - Closely observe the impact of the new functionality on the performances of customer's systems architecture and take immediate corrective action.
  • Measure - Closely measure and track the KPI's of the new functionality and its underlying systems and create corrective action plans towards KPI's that adheres to project and client operational thresholds.

4. Refresh

  • Support - Provides ongoing maintenance, operations support, system administration support, tuning and help desk support that feeds back into the life cycle with “on the ground” information.
  • Maintain - Actively assist clients in developing change programs to maintain or upkeep the health of the deployed solutions, or through ongoing maintenance, operations support, system administration support and help desk support that feeds into the refresh process.
  • Tune - Actively work with clients to discover improvement opportunities for the deployed solutions and prioritize required changes to processes, systems and infrastructure.
